The Lethbridge School Division faces a range of challenges that need focused attention in eight key areas, including funding issues, mental health support, overcrowded schools, academic performance, Indigenous student success, access to technology, community involvement, and environmental education. My plan focuses on practical solutions that address these challenges while prioritizing four key goals: improving student achievement, managing school growth and facilities, securing funding and using it wisely, and supporting student mental health and well-being. Together, we can build a stronger, more inclusive school system that works for everyone.
